After new hardwood flooring from another company (I didn’t know about Fivex at the time) was installed and then ruined by the carelessness of architects and numerous contractors during a major renovation, we found ourselves in the situation of having to clean our brand-new, ruined hardwood flooring. We consulted with Fivex, and given the many different types of stains and damage, they presented a solution, and the problem is now resolved.

During the major renovation, we had over 20 contractors working on various tasks throughout the apartment. Almost all of them did a half-hearted job, and we had to send them back multiple times for corrections.
